The Windsor-knot

3. A visible seam should appear in the narrow end, and then flip the broader side over it to ensure correct length.
4. Pass the broader end through the middle loop. Then bring the broader end to the right passing it over to the left. Going back to the right, thread over the loop with it
5. Before you thread the broad end through the middle of the knot, pass the broad side across the knot to your right, up and through the loop on your neck.
6. Before any final adjustments the knot should be tightened by holding the narrow end followed by sliding the knot up. Finally, flip the collar down.
