Jaguar Collection Wows The Crowds At Villa D’Este
Cars – most of us use them on a daily basis, whether we are actually driving them or we are merely a passenger in one of the other seats. They are just another example of how technology has made our lives much simpler. If you want to get involved within the history or cars then you will find that there are groups of males and females all over the world that are absolutely fanatical over the various different variations and varieties of car that have been manufactured over the years. If you get a chance it would really be worthwhile attending an event like the Goodwood Festival of Speed or the Villa d’Este in northern Italy, close to Lake Como.
At the recent Villa d’Este event the owners of these prestige vehicles were out in force, every inch of chrome was polished, cars were waxed to perfection and the crowds in attendance got an opportunity to check out the amazing MG, Maserati, Lancia, No prescription cialis BMW, Aston Martin and Jaguar collections that were on display amongst the picturesque Italian scenery.
The highlight of the Jaguar collection was clearly a pair of prototype race cars, designed and built in the post war period. Finished in racing green they truly did manage to wow the crowds in attendance. The C type prototype was originally raced by Phil Hill, the D type prototype in attendance hadn’t been raced, but it didn’t lose any of the sparkle or attention cialis generic brand from the crowd in attendance. It was interesting to see the crowd’s response to these classic masterpieces and analyse it against the modern day perspective of the same manufacturer. Jaguar spent the early stages of the new millennium going through a tough transition as it struggled to keep up with some of its close competitors, the prestige car market was dominated by the German manufacturers BMW and Mercedes. However over recent years the Jaguar collection has seen a shape upturn in fortunes as the company continues to rediscover the formula that brought them great success.
The newest models to join the range include the XF and the XJ. The XF enters in a position where it will probably go into direct competition with the BMW 3 or 5 series, Kamagra Soft a family saloon car with oodles of elegance.
Whereas the new XJ brings Jaguar back to the forefront of the prestige car market, a big gas guzzling giant that will sooth the aches and pains of a hard day’s work away.
Things are looking positive for the 2010 Jaguar collection, it certainly looks like there will be a lot to look forward to over the next decade if you are a fan of the brand.
