Do this ten times with your left leg in front and then do this ten times with your right leg in front. This exercise helps to stretch your hip flexors so that your back does not have to support all of the stress that your body will incur.
Another great exercise to do is a chest lift. To complete a chest lift you will want to lay on the floor face down and place your hands flat on the floor right next to your chest.
When your hands are in place you will want to lift your chest off of the floor, remembering to keep your thighs and hips on the floor as well. Eventually you want to get to the point where you can do three sets of ten.
