Conquering Fear
Fears hold us back. They keep us from getting what we want in life. Fear prevents you from doing something important in your life. I’m not talking about the fear that keeps you from bungee jumping or the fear of lightning and spiders. I am talking about the fear of failure, rejection, embarrassment, and others.
This kind of fear prevents us from taking important actions in our lives. We fear doing things that could potentially make our lives better because we are afraid of the consequences if things do not go well. For instance, we may fear speaking in public because if it does not go well, the audience may think less of us. The public speaking could be good for our business, networking, and confidence; yet we don’t do it for fear of what could go wrong. So conquering fear will bring us fortune and good life.
Conquering Fear is definitely not an easy task. It wouldn’t be such an intriguing matter if Cialis Jelly it is. We must plan about strategy inorder to make it work.
Isolate your fear into a lone corner and attack. This works the same concept as the game of chess. A classic example is defeating the fear of height. A friend of mine is a victim of this phobia for a long time until one day he went to the park fully loaded with a positive outlook. He meditated until the fear has been conquered.
Fear is like a sleeping tiger. It wakes up when it sees meat! If you are spider phobic, it’s only in the presence of spider that you feel afraid. If you are afraid of public speaking, it’s only displayed when you are on stage. Rest of the time, the tiger insider you is peacefully asleep.
The second strategy is to tame the tiger. Be friends with it and you’ll rule the jungle! The strategy is more holistic than the previous one and makes you want to go to the battlefield. Whereas in the first strategy we focused on killing the opponent, here our aim is to turn them into allies. It’s about feeling the fear for the sake of it, just to see what happens! It’s about going to the war zone unarmed and winning over the enemies.
That’s what I do on the stage. When called upon to deliver an impromptu speech, I don’t take along my bag of how-to’s rather I dive on the stage feeling nervous and afraid and enjoy it till the last moment. Stage fright is something which is going to vanish propecia facts after practice and Silagra soon I’ll never be able to experience it again.
Thank fear for making you so obedient towards your teachers. Thank fear for compelling you to hand over the assignment before deadline. Conquering fear makes you feel the happiness more happier.
