Golf Course Description
Corvera golf course Hole 1: Par 4 – 400 metres
This 400 metre par features a wide tee with a slight downward slope. This opening hole is long for the amateur golfer though not too difficult. The opening drive is covered to the left by two large bunkers whilst the second shot is also similar with a straight line to the green, with large bunkers to either side. The green is surrounded by three bunkers at Brand Cialis the left, right and centre.
Corvera golf course Hole 2: Par 3 – 244 metres
The second hole at 244 metres in length provides an attractive view from the tee as it falls away clearly down to the fairway. For a par 3 it is quite a long hole but is assisted by the difference in height between the tee and green. With a large bunker separating the green and hole 7, players are reminded to take care when teeing off as inaccuracy can cause trouble. The bunker will also trap the lower shots that leave the fairway or green from the adjoining hole. With such a variety of potential pin positions, every golfer is guaranteed to enjoy the course.
Corvera golf course Hole 3: Par 3 – 416 metres
On a gentle downward slope, this hole as with the previous holes have been designed to ensure any slice shots do not find themselves entering the residential area. The opening shot is driven towards a broad area that is protected by a large bunker on the left hand side which lies alongside the edge of the fairway. With more room for inaccurate shots on the right, the second shot requires a long iron to reach the green. This is protected by a large bunker that also protects the tee area on hole 7.
Corvera golf course Hole 4: Par 4 – 363 metres
Assisting the 363 metre hole is a slight slope from the tee. Where the ball comes to rest is more or less level with the tee off area, this part of the fair way is also level with a series of challenging bunkers, making it difficult to negotiate through. To the left side, two interconnecting lakes are featured presenting a water hazard to the golfer. Some hooked shots can escape the water from the small rough area between the two lakes. Different clubs will be required depending on your position to reach the green.
Corvera golf course Hole 5: Par 5 – 517 metres
A long hole of 517 metres with a slight upward slope provides difficulty to the par 5 hole. Carrying the ball over a lake to the right, the drive from the tee is difficult for the amateur golfer so the forward tees are placed away from this. Punishing anyone who tried to play it safe are the two small bunkers to the left. The second shot must clear the three fairway bunkers for a successful chance. Shots must be lofted and pitch directly onto the green due to the central bunker close to the green. In most cases, a third shot is required to reach the green, but be aware the green is well protected.
Corvera golf course Hole 6: Par 4 – 438 metres
This is the longest par 4 on the Corvera golf course at 438 metres. Assisting the length is the gentle downward slope to Silagra give golfers an easier chance against the distance. From the tee off area, a moderate amount of error can be forgiven due to the broad landing area featured at hole 6. With two bunkers protecting the right side, players are persuaded to play to the left, shortening the hole. The approach shot to the green involves no bunkers but is highly contoured and surrounded by rough areas to trap any straying golf balls. With a lake featured on the left and a bunker to the right, any ball that passes these hazards will have a trouble free finish.
Corvera golf course Hole 7: Par 5 – 500 metres
This is a difficult par 5 at 500 metres in length. As featured in hole 3, the residential area to the left is well protected from any sliced shots from the large bunker to the edge of the fairway. With the landing area being half way along the bunker, the drive needs to be quite accurate from the tee off area. The sides of the hole have a slight upward slope making it difficult to reach the green in two shots due to the distance and precision required. The green itself is protected by another large bunker to the left hand side that has been strategically placed to trap any short balls.
Corvera golf course Hole 8: Par 3 – 138 metres
A short par 3 hole at 138 metres but a large amount of precision is required. The green is protected by four bunkers. With two bunkers each side of the green, you will find many landing areas along the flat hole. Players who are looking to achieve a birdie will have to be very accurate from the tee but is certainly possible.
Corvera golf course Hole 9: Par 5 – 390 metres
This is the final hole of the front nine at Corvera, at 390 metres in length the hole slopes gently downwards to the landing area from the tee. Well protected to the right hand side by a long bunker, players will need to be very accurate to achieve a long drive. The second shot should reach the green which is large but again well protected by two wide bunkers to the left and right sides.
