Here is my final crack at how the Top 10 picks in the 2010 NFL Draft will play out:
St. Louis Rams – Sam Bradford, Quarterback, Oklahoma: There is a chance that they trade this pick to Cleveland for the seventh overall selection and a number of other picks, but either way Bradford is going number one. Whether it’s the Browns or the Rams picking, each team knows Bradford has the potential to be a star in Levitra Professional the pros and that selecting him will help sell NFL tickets right away in their respective cities. Bradford would probably have to play right away in St. Louis, whereas he’d be able to learn from the bench in Cleveland.

Detroit Lions – Ndamukong Suh, Defensive Tackle, Nebraska: They could opt for Russell Okung, but I think they’ll end up taking Suh here. I believe Gerald McCoy will end up being a better pro, but Suh is the safer pick. He should be a terror against the run right away and should develop into a solid pass-rusher as well. He won’t dominate with the ease he did at Nebraska, but he’s NFL-ready.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Gerald McCoy, Defensive Tackle, Oklahoma: This would be a nice scenario for the Bucs, and it’s looking more and more like this is how things will go down early on. McCoy should be a fantastic pro, and is actually the number one player on my draft board. He should be able to get great Viagra Professional penetration into the backfield and develop into one of the league’s elite pass-rushing interior lineman.

Washington Redskins – Russell Okung, Offensive Tackle, Oklahoma State: With Donovan McNabb now in place under center, the team will look to protect their new quarterback. Okung is the safest offensive line prospect and should be a starter in this league for a long time. He lacks the upside of some other o-line prospects, but you don’t want to take a risk at number four overall.

Kansas City Chiefs – Eric Berry, Safety, Tennessee: The Chiefs seem confident that Branden Albert is their left tackle moving forward, so I think they’ll opt for the best player available, which is Berry. Berry is the number two player on my draft board and an argument can be made for putting him at the top of any board. He should have an instant impact on the Kansas City defense and is an elite playmaker.

Seattle Seahawks – Trent Williams, Offensive Tackle, Oklahoma: The Seahawks need help on both lines and Williams projects to be a very good pro. He’s an extremely gifted athlete and should be able to come in and start right away, perhaps on the ride side initially.

Cleveland Browns – Dan Williams, Defensive Tackle, Tennessee: The Browns might trade for the number one pick. If so, they’ll select Sam Bradford first overall and the Rams will likely take Jimmy Clausen here. Clausen could be a better fit for the current St. Louis roster, as he’s the most NFL-ready quarterback prospect in this draft class. If the Browns don’t trade up and Berry doesn’t fall to them, they’ll have a tough decision to make. I think they’ll consider Derrick Morgan but end up opting for Williams.

Oakland Raiders – Anthony Davis, Offensive Tackle, Rutgers: Davis has a ton of potential, but hasn’t been able to fully realize it on the field as of yet. He’s got a bit of a reputation for being lazy, but a team like Oakland would take a chance on his immense talent.

Buffalo Bills – Bryan Bulaga, Offensive Tackle, Iowa: The Bills will jump for joy if Bulaga falls to them. They desperately need an offensive tackle and Bulaga should be able to start right away. He doesn’t have the upside of guys like Trent Williams and Anthony Davis, but he’s a pretty safe bet to be a solid player for a long time.

Jacksonville Jaguars – Derrick Morgan, Defensive End, Georgia Tech: The Jags brought over Aaron Kampman this offseason, but he’s coming off a major injury. Derrick Harvey has been a bust so far and the Jags have to start putting some pressure on opposing quarterbacks, especially playing in a division that boasts the prolific offenses of the Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans.
