The Most Important Part Of SEO Is In The Execution
The most people hear the term “SEO”, it is generally heavily associated with link building, and dominating in the search engines. Truth be told, whilst this still remains a large part of what it is that you do to rank, it is not the be all and end all. In fact, the most important aspect of SEO is in how you execute it, and this is why the success rate of those who learn methods is actually quite low. Let me demonstrate.
As we all know, backlink building is a large part of SEO, and it is all too easy to instruct someone that by writing articles, then submitting articles to other networks, that they are going to rank #1. Truth be told, there is a varying level of competition out there, and your method of attack is going to vary depending on who you are up against.
In my early days of SEO, I simply used to write a few articles, comment on a few blogs, and make some forum posts. Some of my sites very quickly lost their momentum in Google, suffering what I refer to as being “The Google Slap”, as I was building backlinks too fast, and others just never really got off the ground, because I never had an order to things, and never monitored and tracked my efforts.
So, here is my piece of advice for you. In order to establish a system of SEO that is both effective and repeatable, your efforts need to be trackable. Consider creating a Google account for the purpose of measuring your campaign in Google docs. This will give you an idea of what pages you are trying to rank for, and you can also keep all of your data in one place, including what your competition is doing to rank, where they are getting their links from, and what you need to do to get one ahead of them.
Consider developing a method that is suitable for not only your niche, but your own business model. Do you currently outsource, or are you like myself, and enjoy the idea of being a bit of a DIY kind of guy? Consider this when putting together your best method.
Truth be told, SEO is something that can very easily be taught. I learned how to dominate in Google in the space of three hours, however, that doesn’t make a difference one bit when it comes to the execution of it, which is what I consider to be at least 90% of the whole process. This aspect is learned through a process of rinse, repeat, and refine. When you find a specific method that works for you, you will never turn back.
I will finish this piece by giving you an idea of where I have come from. Going back in late 2009, I was struggling to get anywhere, and was ranking a few pages fairly well, but not good enough. I learned SEO, and tried again with not much more success. My competition would always manage to get one up on me. It was only at the time that I developed a method of approach to how I execute my link building methods, in a specific order and flow process, which resulted in a few things. I started to become an authority within my niche, my affiliate accounts started to grow, and I was finally earning online. Silagra This can be you too, but you need to to the legwork and not just learn how to dominate, but learn how to execute. After all, Search Engine Optimization is not all about link building, it is more so about the execution.
