Drop The Carbs, Up The Exercise And Watch The Weight Fall Off

The summer is the time of year when we tend to most want to lose weight. If you’re one of these people who struggle to lose weight, either because you’re not motivated enough or you simply aren’t sure what you should be doing, then there are two simple steps that you need to remember.

Firstly, you need to limit your intake of carbohydrates, which are the foods that are traditionally used as an accompaniment to a piece of fish or meat, such as potatoes, pasta, rice or bread.
