Small Internet Business – The True Power Of Outsourcing Revealed
Okay, so you are starting a small internet business and you need to know how to structure what you outsource and what you handle yourself. The answer to this question is simple; do what you love and outsource the rest. You do not need to be the one with the most knowledge to make the most money; you just need to know how to utilize the ones that do have that knowledge. If you can grasp this concept then the keys to having a successful small internet business are in your reach.
In the book, “Think And Grow Rich,” by Napoleon Hill, he cites a couple of stories to illustrate this point. The first instance is when he discusses Andrew Carnegie’s compete lack of knowledge when it came to the technical side of the steel business. Hill shows that it was Carnegie’s ability to manage the people with the knowledge that made him the success he became.
The second time that this point is illustrated in the book is when Hill talks of a very famous public grilling of Henry Ford about whether or not he was “educated” enough to run his company. Finally, fed up with the inane questions that sounded like they were being quoted out of a 7th grade history exam book, Ford stood up and said, “Why do I need to feel my head with all of this useless knowledge when at the push of a button I could have the answer given to me?” This stopped the questioning dead in its tracks because only an educated man would know how to budget his time in the most effective manner.
So the point that I am trying to make is that you are the most effective as a small internet business owner when you are focused on doing what you really have passion for and delegating the rest. That is the true recipe for success because there are many ways to make money, but if you are not focused Cialis Professional on the tasks you love then you will eventually fail from frustration or just plain burn out.
When I finally got my first line of business credit I went right out and hired myself a small team to “chop the celery” as I like to call it. What that did was finally free me up to focus the majority of my attention on what I really wanted to do which was to create content on my website and further hone my larger creative vision for the company’s future. That gets kinda tough if your day is bogged down with responsibilities like link building, article submissions and the other mind numbing tasks. Your mind needs to be as free as possible to focus on your bigger vision. Structure your small internet business in this way and you are almost guaranteed success.
I want you to think for a moment about how you feel when you are doing something you love. What is that core feeling that comes over you? Satisfaction, enjoyment, happiness, relaxation? Whichever one of these core feelings you connect with they all will promote your creativity, inspiration and productivity in the small internet business you are trying to grow.
So this key shift in thinking is all that it takes to map your plans for success. What exactly do I mean by shift in thinking? Well most of the people I knew growing up, including myself, were told that you had to get a good education and work hard to succeed in life. If you do not shatter this type of thinking you will never be able to think outside the box enough to design your life the way you want it. And with the multitude of outsourcing services sprouting up each year you will have no problem finding hungry workers for almost anything you could think of.
In “Think And Grow Rich,” Napoleon Hill discusses how the application of knowledge is far more important than the knowledge itself. Become a master of outsourcing and you will have great success in your own small internet business, continue with the patterns about work you’ve been taught in the past and you are very likely to fail.
