Dating is meeting of two people without commitment, no strings attached and just going out and having all the time in the world, without complications. Dating has really evolved – it has gone too far, experimenting and trying new things. From being a family affair or arranged or so-much-planned, now, it is more of the thrills and frills of single-hood. So why bore yourself away, being single is so much a blessing, that being in that state and boring is a CAPITAL sin.

Try these activities and bring out what has to come out even on a first date or maybe with your 3-time-constant date (the one you are stuck with). Make the most out of your single life. Add spice to dating and inject more excitement.

Paintball is one perfect activity. Aim, Pull that trigger, sweat it all out and enjoy. Forget the paint and the mud all over you. Forget the poise and see the best and the most unwanted in each other. Who knows, you might be going out with a total monster. Paintball is one great activity to see your differences, the greatest turn-offs and also, you might just find out the boring one, you think you are stuck with, is “the One”.

You can also try watching concerts together or movies but that is too 80’s, maybe on a first date when you are not yet comfortable with your date. And going to the arcade can be one-stop when you are in the mall, after the movies. Another stop in the mall could be in the Videoke Bar.

Dating has become more physical nowadays; it is not anymore about eating out and talking non-sense. More physical activities show the positives and negatives in each other. Sky diving, bungee jumping can be considered when budget is not-so-limiting. Sight-seeing to those who have physical limitations. Paintball may feel inappropriate on a date but it is my most suggested activity. It is so much enjoyable and it will showcase both your most lovable flaws and unacceptable too-poised attitude, Paintball, that is. Dating is not anymore about sitting down blurting out your positive traits and making a false picture of yourself. It is not showcasing of what is ideal and what is too-good-to be-true but not-really-true.

And of course, these are just suggestions; it will all depend on your interests. Paintball is my best bet but it can be too-physical for those who have special conditions. There are more activities that would fit both of you. No pressure, for as long as you are having the best time. After all, dating is not a guarantee of a deeper relationship; it is purely mingling with people. No perfect setting, enough of the fancies. No pressure, no expectations. Have it that way and you will find yourself loving it. Dating is not finding anything on purpose; it is simply enjoying oneself in the company of another. It has to be solely about mingling with people and enjoying. It is not about finding relationships or looking for “The One”, if it happens, then it is a plus.
