For example, a lot of all-inclusive Caribbean resorts offer a special night or time slot for dancing and karaoke at an onsite restaurant or bar. If you were to enjoy a night of dancing or karaoke at an offsite bar (like one back home) you would typically be charged an admission fee, as well as for all your food, snacks, and drinks.
