On the contrary, a fitness boot camp helps one in measuring their performance by not just a mere visible difference but can also quantify the loss of weight or body toning. The instructor also helps in providing quality and realistic feedback. Hence this program provides the emotional satisfaction of having attained the goals. Yet another fundamental difference between the two is the absence of exercises or any kind of physical activity in hypnosis weight loss.
The success of a boot camp does not just lie in the hands of the camp instructor or the structure of the program but also vests with every participant. The very structure of a hypnosis weight loss program does not have any concrete scientific evidence of its success rate. In isolation, it produces little or no positive results. They may need to be coupled with another form of exercise in order to produce good results.
