This cultural institution is involved in promoting numerous cultural activities like art exhibitions, music, work-shops, cinema, theatre and cinema reviews. At the Villa you will also find a museum which is dedicated to Luchino Visconti. Both the Villa and the Park are open for public visits.

Even though sightseeing can be quite fun you may enjoy seeing other places such as the
Sorgeto Hot Springs. These springs which are quite popular have been used by numerous visitors from the 1300’s. Various visitors have come to soak in the soothing heated waters of Ischia.

The Sorgeto Hot Springs are located near the Forio coastline, where the thermal water surges out to sea. There are many small rocks and stones where you can lounge in this natural pool. To get to the Hot Water Springs of Sorgeto you will find there is a series of stone steps. The temperature of this hot springs will allow you to bathe here in the winter time as well.

Even though the town of Forio is not that large you will find there is plenty of sights and activities to keep you occupied. To enjoy these wonders it is best if you were to come in person.
