Cut Down the Intake of Fat

Excessive consumption of high calorie food leads to obesity. So you need to follow a low calorie diet and decrease the consumption of salt and starch. Plank is a simple push up exercise which is done by keeping your elbows on the floor and holding the body straight up from the floor with help of the toes. This type of exercise provides a great workout of the abdominal region, thus help in keeping the muscles toned.
