What Are the Perfect Muscle Building Techniques?

Whatever you have heard, there simply aren’t the “perfect” muscle building techniques that everyone can simply repeat for themselves and have the perfect body. That isn’t just possible. There are various methods to try, and they won’t all work for everyone equally. Each exercise must be tailor made to fit to one’s regimen.

Since we’re all unique and originals, it’s pretty hard to say that this technique ‘X’ will work for you, simply because Joe Gym rat used that technique. Instead, you’ll have to experiment to find what your body responds to. There are infinite combination’s on exercise techniques to choose from. A trainer can help weed out those exercises for you. You don’t need to work on some exercises which would not benefit you. Wouldn’t you?

When you have the workout your body will respond to the best, then you need to be focused and consistent. Doing those exercises for only a couple of weeks and then quitting or doing another set of exercises would just become detrimental to you. Hitting the gym once in a blue moon is great if your goal is simply to look at yourself in a full-length mirror from time to time. You need to step it up to 3-4 times a week to make it count. Being a lazy bum has no place here.

There are many different ways to solve most problems, and the same can be said for muscle building techniques. Each muscle has many choices to choose from. You can start on the origin of the muscle or in the insertion or you can even focus on the middle part, the muscle bulk. The main upper body muscles you want to tackle are the shoulders, pecs and biceps. This is just a start; don’t forget your abs and triceps later.

Another thing people do often is to hit their upper body and stay there, neglecting the lower body. This really is a horrible habit, since your body is a whole unit – you’re more than a torso! Focus on your squats, calf raises and lunges for a start to your lower body workout. That said, if you’re focusing on the front part like the abs and pectorals the it is a must to also work on the back muscles. What good are having powerful muscles on the front if the back muscles cannot support them. Symmetry and proportion is what you’re after.

There aren’t necessarily muscle building techniques that everyone can use like once-size-fits all approach. You need to research and experiment to find what will max out your own gains, and accomplish your own goals. Get a trainer, have them work out for you initially the important muscle groups you want worked on. Then as time progresses you can tailor the exercises to your wants and needs. There are legion ways to approach every muscle group – in isolation, in conjunction, train fast-twitch or train endurance fibers, etc. Keep in mind that your needs are as unique as you are, then hit the gym!
