Work From Home With Multiple Streams of Income

One of the keys when you work from home with multiple streams of income is to spread yourself out over a wide variety of products and or services. A person should not have just 1 incoming stream of capitol but multiple sources.

There are as many ways to create these streams as the day is long. You could make your own e-book, or you could do some affiliate marketing. Joint ventures are another great way to create an extra stream. Most people seem to only put emphasis on one thing. This is also often told to them by their upline, not to mess with anything else because “you have everything you need here”. And it can be said that this is a truism and maybe they are successful, but what if something happens? What if something goes completely wrong? There are hard times at every corner, or maybe your target market just decided to do something else. That’s why when you work from home with multiple streams of income you can insure your own financial security.

Another way to create additional streams is to take a product that you already have and expand upon it. A good example is to take an e-book that you have published, and offer it on CD. I use allot of informational CD’s in my car all the time. Plus you could offer it to handicap people as well, such as the blind. With an e-book and a CD available, especialy series, you could easily qualify as an expert in that niche. And then, another possible stream, you could offer consultation on that topic or niche. Build a website that caters to newbie’s who are all but willing to pay you for your knowledge. There is yet another stream, all made from 1 e-book.

Advertising Google Adwords is another good method of working at home with multiple streams of income. You have the option of doing this on your own site or setting up a website to do nothing but that. I have seen people do well with Adwords and certain online companies love this.

Another way is with social media, but would require a little more effort. The idea here is to go to, for example , your favorite restaurants and rave about it on all the social media sites. Go to the owner and set something up. Trade your social media services for money. You can tweet about it on Twitter, and say “if you saw this on Twitter, you get X amount of on your next meal. Yelp is another locally oriented social site just for that purpose. You would be surprised at the amount of business owners who know nothing about the advantages of leveraging web 2.0. There are 1000’s of websites out there for this and all you do is sit there and plug in their restaurant, or gym, or health food store.

You should also be warned that you still can spread yourself too thin. Keep focused. Especially when you expand or diversify. You can easily spend yourself into “broke” in a hurry. Take your time and use your due diligence.

There are many benefits when working from home with multiple streams of income. Security, income, just knowing if 1 thing fails or get slow, you have another product or service out there to pick up some slack. If you already have a good online income stream, see how you could expand on that or just start another. With multiple streams of income, it’s always nice to see that e-mail box full of messages from Paypal.
