Well leave it up to the creative entrepreneurs that keep Helen Ga. a place that families love to visit. Now they have added a new attraction sure to get the kids, and adults excited. The owner of the great Helen Georgia Water Park has now brought in a young man to operate a monster truck ride.

The monster truck is a jacked up four by four with the big knobby mud tires, nice bright red paint, and a few stickers to give it that real monster truck look. The truck has been appropriately named Wildcat. The back of the truck is equipped with bench seats, belt buckles, row bar, and hand bar in the center for holding on for a bumpy ride.

The truck takes about six to eight riders at a time, and rough rides the screaming riders through a small circular dirt track that also climbs a few small hills. This is definitely a fun time for the younger kids to enjoy from ages maybe six to fourteen. The track is fairly small, and the hills are not very big, therefore, the Monster Truck Ride is really not what I would consider a highly charged ride for an adult seeking a thrill. Adults would most likely have the fun from just experiencing it with their children.

The Helen Ga. Monster Truck Ride is a perfect level for the younger kids because it’s just low and easy enough to make most parents feel at ease with the safety level, but just rough and fast enough to get the young ones screaming with thrills and excitement.

I sincerely believe that the young fellows that own and operate this small attraction would offer it even if they weren’t making any money off the venture. They seem to truly enjoy offering this to families, and feeling as though they were part of putting a smile on a kids face.

The Monster Truck Ride is conveniently located in the parking lot of the Helen Ga. Flea Market. This is a excellent spot because there are several family activities at this one location including river tubing, the awesome Helen Georgia helicopter ride, a excellent small flea market, and a small market full of fruits, vegetables, and homemade jams and jellies, and don’t forget while you’re here, there’s always a huge pot of boiled peanuts that visitors can enjoy by the bag.

The Monster Truck Ride is just one of many awesome family attractions in Helen Ga. If you and your family have not yet taken a trip to this small alpine village located in the Northeast Georgia Mountain’s, you owe it to yourself to make at least one trip to experience this little tourist town.
