Anxiety attacks, most of the time, can be considered very unpleasant; however, they can also pave the way for good things to occur to the sufferers. As a matter of fact, there are instances where sufferers become more focused, alert and motivated during these attacks that they spur into action to immediately resolve their problems. However, anxiety can also become constant and overpowering that it can interfere with your day to day activities and social relationships. In these cases, the feeling cannot be considered a normal anxiety attack anymore but an anxiety disorder. If this happens, the possibility of depression is high and will make the situation even worse. Although not all people who worry can be considered anxious, it is important to shift to positive lifestyle changes in order to minimize the risk of anxiety. You must seek professional help in case your worries and fears have overpowered your being and have caused extreme distress in your life and constant disruption in your daily routines. Other non-medical treatments for anxiety include exercise, hypnosis, biofeedback, and relaxation techniques.
