Those in the industry know this scheme but are not confident enough to use it. If you do not use this tactic the right way then it can be embarrassing and a total waste of time but on the contrary it can help you buy a cheap house.
“If you aren’t embarrassed by your offer, it isn’t low enough.” This was what thriving real estate investor told me before. He has earned millions from the real estate business and I think that what he said is worth putting in the mind.
