2. Invite your neighbors to your new apartment

You moving away from your friends is the sole reason why you’re feeling down in the first place. So don’t lose touch of them. Call your old friends, send them emails, invite them over to your new apartment once or twice a month to help you get over the hump. Introduce them to your new friends as well.
