History of Chinese Massage Therapy
Chinese massage therapy is divided into two types that are used for the same purpose. Tui Na and Zhi Ya are the two types of Chinese massage therapy used in ancient China as the main source of medical care during that time. It is said and believed that both have a great effect in balancing the energy of the body as well as relaxing the mind and body of a person.

Although some people doubt the fact that Huang Tiu was the one responsible for writing such informative medical text, the development and use of Chinese massage therapy became popular.
