b. Chlorine

Where it needs to be: 1.0 to 2.0 ppm

c. Total Alkalinity

Where it needs to be: 80 – 120 ppm

d. Calcium Hardness

Where it needs to be: for small sized pools: 180 to 220 ppm big sized pools: 200 to 400 ppm

e. Cyanuric Acid

Where it needs to be: 40 to 80 ppm

f. Total Dissolved Solids: below 5000 ppm

Top tips:

1. Use water test strips everyday to help you determine where your pool chemicals stand.
2. If having difficulty reading the water test strip results, use a digital water test strip.
3. If the levels are out of place, adjust them immediately either by adding in the chemical or taking some of the water out.

Designate a restroom for males and females, separate ones. It would be best to have it build outside the home. This way, guest won\’t bombard the residence.
