Regular exercise helps prevent constipation and improve bowel movement. Physical mobility ease up intestinal mobility as well, for it contributes extremely to improving bowel movements.
If constipation is experienced, do not settle right away on taking medications and laxatives, thinking that these are the only means to alleviate the symptom.
