There are a few different reasons why I would want to view my wife’s text messages online. I am sure you can think up a few on your own. The bad part is that I did not have a hard time coming up with a reason. What I had problems with was finding a way to accomplish it. There are all sorts of things on the internet that promise to allow this type of service. When I started reading through them I was shocked at how many really will not work all that well at all. I did not want something that would transfer the information onto my phone, or just save it until I could retrieve it off her phone. That was not what I really had in mind. This really did make sense when I started reading about how the software used the internet connection available on the phone to send the data right into an account. So, I found something (actually a couple different programs that would possibly work) but I did not have the right equipment to make it work the way it should.

Since I really wanted this to work, I picked what looked like the most reliable software to view my wife’s text messages online, and then took the time to find out what types of phones that software would work with. We both had older versions of phones so it was time to upgrade anyway. Once I narrowed down which ones were compatible I just picked the one that my wife would like the most.

The results; she got a phone she really likes and I had a way to view my wife’s text messages online. I didn’t have to worry about losing the data or sending it from her phone to mine. I made sure it was set up so that it was convenient, and had all the information sent right into a web account that I set up when I purchased the software.
