Get Rid of Dangerous Tummy Fat

You may not be aware that most adults in developed countries have excess tummy fat. Most of them do not bother about it because they are just ignorant that their tummy fat may be killing them. They say that ignorance is bliss, but when it comes to your life, is it so?

However, excessive visceral fat is more dangerous than subcutaneous fat because one of the reasons is that visceral fat releases more inflammatory molecules into your body to enhance the occurrences of diseases. To complicate matters further, since this fat is around your internal organs, they tend to clog up your heart thus causing potentially fatal heart attacks or blocks bloodflow to the brain inducing life threatening strokes.
