3 Sensible Ways to Lose Female Flab

It seems nowadays that every woman you speak to is on some sort of diet which is specifically designed to trim our thighs or slim down our silhouettes in some new way, manner or format.

The diet industry is worth billions of dollars worldwide, because most women believe that ‘thin is beautiful’. This is not universally true, as there are places in the world like Africa, India and the South Sea Islands, to name just a few, where large ladies are seen to be the most beautiful and desirable.

There are medical professionals and dieticians available to those of us women who are lucky enough to live in developed or developing countries, who will give us sensible advice on what to eat, when to eat and how to prepare our food, in order to attain our correct body weights. They will all instruct you on how you should cut down on fats and sugars and to eat lot of healthy vegetables and fruits. There will be lot of information on how to build a balanced diet, with the correct proportions of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, sugars and the like.

Some of these professionals will advocate five small meals a day so that you will never be hungry and your blood sugars will remain constant; while others will tell you to eat a large breakfast, and small lunch and an even smaller dinner. There will be those who insist on a daily exercise regime and those who think that some exercise a few times a week is sufficient while you are consuming fewer calories than normal – which equates to less energy!

More extreme measures include special meal replacements, so few calories that the diet would be dangerous to ones health, and the consumption of only one type of food. The permutations are endless and none of the above options will keep the kilos off if you do not change your eating patterns for good.

The 3 tips listed below just make good sense and are easy to follow:

– Make a list of everything you pop into your mouth for a whole week. You will soon see a pattern emerging; and there will most definitely be something containing a lot of calories that you could banish. For instance, if you like fizzy drinks, replace them with soda water (no calories but still fizzy) and add a sugar free flavoured syrup.

– Be sensible about things like fats and sugars. Nobody can totally eliminate these ingredients from our diets, but a change to the healthier oils like those of olives or walnuts is recommended. Sugar in itself is not that fattening, but as its calories are useless it would be better to eat something containing the same number of calories that does you good, like a piece of fruit.

– At least do some exercise, as any extra calories you use up in this way will help in your long term plan to slim down your female flab.
Following the above tips will most certainly result in a loss of weight, albeit in a very slow and safe manner – the only way it will definitely stay off for good.
