Other temp agencies have you sign an agreement stating you will not apply for employment with a specific company as long as you are working with them.

When working temporary there are some chances that you may make some fast good money, but most often you should not count on it. Most of these jobs starting pay can be relatively low. Many may only employ their workers at minimum wage, this is why their employees seek other jobs or more pay else where. If the pay rate was better many people probably would stay longer with temporary employers.
