Submit Your Articles to International Article Directories

You know the game about contributing your stories to Triond, Hub and Squidoo but you have always dreamt of spreading your names in international directories. A bunch of international websites allow you to earn money with your very own content. Some websites demand local language like German only others allow local language and English. Bilingual sites are \”Hier schreiben BÜgerjournalisten\” and \”Blog and earn money\” whereas \”Pressemitteilung sofort online\” demands German-only text just like Suite101.de and Pagewizz.

\”Blog and earn money\” is a pretty new blog with many categories that bloggers, journalists and authors can fill with their own content. The blog language is English but the new category \”Deutsch\” (German) allows bloggers to contribute in German language as well. Contributors may even add their very own ad and affiliate tags for a small tiny annual fee. Whatever the bloggers earn from their own affiliate sales or clicks is all their own. All articles are reviewed before publishing.

\”Hier schreiben Buergerjournalisten\” mainly is a German website but allows English articles as well. There are more than 100 categories to choose from and the website also allows the embedding of own ad and affiliate tags. The website for BÜrgerjournalisten is not only for bloggers but also citizen\’s journalists and allows press releases. Press releases are not published for free and all content is reviewed before the stories appear online.

\”Pressemitteilung sofort online\” is another article directory but entirely in German language. Press releases are allowed to be posted but also other news-worthy and journalistic content is welcome. For a tiny annual fee journalists can embed own ad tags like Google Adsense, Clickbank, Commission Junction and earn 100 per cent from that income. Unlike the first mentioned directories, articles and press releases are reviewed after being put online. The website wants to guarantee fast news and up-to-date press releases – hence the immediate online function is enabled.

\”Suite101.de\” is the German arm of Suite101.com and allows German content only. After having applied to become one of their freelance journalist an editor will proof-check one of your test articles and decide whether you will be accepted as freelance author. You can decide yourself about what you wish to write. The disadvantage is – that you have no control over the advertisements that are embedded in your article and you only get a small percentage of the ad revenue generated via your articles. Sometimes you can have more than 1.000 readers but are still below 1 USD income.

\”Pagewizz\” allows free choice about the topics you wish to write. You need to obtain your very own Google Adsense ID and other Ad ID. Those ad tags are embedded into your content – however only a smaller ratio is payed out. German language is a must.

Last not least \”Wikio Experts\” is another new keyplayer in the market. It belongs to the same people of Ebuzzing and Trigami. A test article needs to be written prior to being accepted as freelancer. An editor decides whether you are eligible to join \”Wikio experts\”. Wikio is available in English, French and also German – but each language site demands a separate registration and new tests. The german income per story is not high – it is only 5 Euro but it is certainly more than Suite101.de offers. However the German Journalists\’ Union (DJV) warned journalists to avoid Wikio because of the unaccetable low pay.

Only Suite101.de and Wikio Experts demand test articles – all other directories and blogs do not demand a special piece of work. However all of them have the right to refuse the story that you wish to publish and can even disable stories once they have been put online as all websites want to guarantee a good quality of content.
