These are the so called stun batons. These are most commonly seen carried by law enforces. The mini ones can be as small as a few inches.

Again, although the size does not necessarily dictate the amount of voltage a device has, it can be harder to find a small stun gun with a few million volts.

Aside from differences in sizes, these devices also differ in shape. The batons, of course, resemble thick sticks. The smaller varieties are like small but thick boxes.
