Using Maseca Corn Masa Flour in Cooking

Corn Masa Flour is typically used to make dough create Latin American dishes, including tortillas, tamales and pupuas, but it can also be used in a wide range of other recipes.

Maseca is a company manufacturing Instant Corn Masa Flour, making the process of producing the dough a very simple one. As such, it has become a popular way of making an \’alternative\’ cornbread. Here\’s the recipe:

What you need:
2 Cups of Maseca Instant Corn Masa Flour
6 Eggs
1 Can of Condensed milk
11/2 Cup of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of baking powder
3 Cups of Cream
1 Cup of Ricotta cheese
1 Tablespoon of Corn oil
