Some hotels may offer free access to their guests while others will charge a daily fee for using that service.

Nothing starts off a business traveler’s day right like a good cup of coffee. Many people who travel for business have a hard time getting moving in the morning so having the ability to brew your own coffee in your room can be a treat. Make sure you ask the hotel reservationist if there will be a coffee pot in your room. Some hotels take this a step further and offer their guest complimentary breakfast in the business lounge or hotel lobby.

Many hotels have one that is open 24 hours a day so no matter what time you finish working for the day you can still head to the gym for a little exercise before turning in.
