Eating a Good Lunch Determines Your Day

Food is one of the necessities of life, and without it one feels hungry, dizzy and stomach disorders actually empty stomach can produce some noises which can be embarrassing and disturbing. Meals can be served in three times a day beginning with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The first two are very important since they are taken before a persons does their daily chores where a lot of energy is involved. That is why eating a good lunch is both nutritional and fulfilling.

There are four types of foods that are beneficial to the body\’s function. Proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins. Proteins are for growth, repair maintenance of the body tissues and, carbohydrates give energy to the while fats provide protection and warmth. All the three have to be present in each of the meals to provide the essential nutrients that the body needs to meet its requirements. If any of them luck there can be negative symptoms from the body, like allergies, skin irritations and even some diseases like obesity due to consumption of too much carbohydrates.

A balanced diet comes from the proper use of the four types of foods and can help one avoid being obese and maintain the number of calories that the body should hold. Another factor that would contribute to bad diet is the portions used in each meal, as double portions can lead to problems like blocked arteries, sleeping on the job and a big tummy.

Breakfast and lunch are used during the time when one is involved in a of activities unlike dinner when one is going to sleep thus the portions will be different. Lunch means a meal is served from noon to 2pm and can consist of appetizers like wine, soup and the main course which will contain the three types then end with either coffee, tea and sweets.

The best lunch one can get is the one they have cooked themselves. Foods cooked in restaurants can luck the necessary nutrients or have too much calories, or find that the foods there are processed.

To enjoy the lunch one should be seated comfortably and relaxed, so that the food is well utilized by body. It is not advisable to carry foods in the offices or have the meal in a hurry which can result in constipation or nausea.

If too much food is taken in during this lunch one can get sleepy and become less productive in their place of work. A good meal is one that makes one feel energetic and comfortable in whatever situation there are in. Take meats that have low fat content to avoid diseases associated with too much cholesterol like heart diseases and blocked arteries.

Eating a good lunch can determine the rest of the day and how ones evening will be. It will make one alert for the rest of the day and meet all the is required of them whether in the office, home or in college.
