Right now I think people are deciding to do their workouts at home these days. This is really good if it gets people doing their workouts. But that being said, this is not so good for me as a fitness trainer if people are doing their own workouts without me. However, I would rather see a fit and healthy community than have more clients meet me at the gym. You have to understand that training is not just a J-O-B for me, but it is truly my passion and my personal commitment, too.
So why the steady rise for at home workouts for women? This is for many reasons of course. Sometimes it is just too much hassle to go to the crowded gym, or take the extra time to go to a zumba class.
Some studies have shown that women are more comfortable and feel safer at home than at the gym or in a group, leading to better results.
Why don\’t we take a glance at the idea of at home workouts for women and reveal how they can work great or not at all. Right now I am seeing more women take their workouts home, and I know this can be explained for a number of reasons, but the best one is probably this. First of all, I have found that many women are afraid of working out in a public place. That is why all of the women-only gyms and women-only classes have become and will always be popular
When women at home are just starting a workout plan, are overweight, and feel out of shape it becomes a self-conscience catch 22. These women might be scared to go back to the gym because they believe they are out of shape, but cannot lose weight again because they will not go to the gym! That is when a new workout plan at home is the best answer.
Another reason women are taking their workouts at home is because of the busyness of everyone\’s lives. Our city is always going nonstop, and quite honestly it has become difficult to make time to get in a workout even only a few times per month. When women plan a workout at home, the most consistent time is in the morning before work. As soon as you get home, and before sitting down to have supper is also a great time. Making sure that you plan your workout into your daily routine so that it is sure to happen. Realize that consistency is the key.
Sometimes women do not want to take their workouts home because they think that all the expensive gym equipment is totally necessary for a good body sculpting workout. Occasionally there might be a good piece of equipment that is very specific and effective, but for the most part, you can do everything in your workout at home. You can lose fat and have fun working out at home, and what else could you want?
Do remember when planning your workout at home is to keep it basic. You honestly do not need much equipment: just some light weights, exercise bands, and an exercise ball can give you a killer workout and actually help you reach your health and fitness goals faster than you think.
The biggest difficultly is finding and maintaining motivation to not get distracted by things like TV, phone calls, social media, etc. For this most people have found that a spare room, garage, or even the back patio helps to minimize distractions. But the temptation of going to the fridge and snacking will constantly be a factor.
As a personal trainer, I want to see everyone sticking with a total body exercise plan. Find yourself a good solid full body workout plan to follow, and make sure it is one that mixes in some cardio training with your weights.
Women can easily find great workouts at home by looking for articles, videos, books and other resources that make a clear plan easy to follow. Of course, it is a very good idea that you have a knowledgeable fitness trainer help you design your workouts. Once you try a workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home and get some fat burning results from it, you will see how you can stick to it to save time and money.
