Placing a Bet to Start Playing

There are three possible outcomes when the come-out roll is played.

If the first shooter of the game gets a 2, 3, or 12; then everyone loses their bets on the pass line, and that outcome is called craps. But if the first shooter is able to get a 7 or 11; then everyone will win even money. Finally, if the first shooter gets any other number than the ones mentioned, the resulting number will be established as the point.

Playing the Point

In playing the point, the shooter will have to get the same result of the come-out roll in order for everyone to win money from the pass line bet. If the shooter’s roll resulted in 7 though, everyone will lose their bets.

Don’t Pass

In the Don’t Pass bet, you will be playing against the shooter, wherein if the roll resulted in a 7 or 11 you will lose, but you win if the result is a 2 or 3. If the roll resulted in a 12, then it is considered a push. When a point is established, you will win if the roll results in a 7 and you will lose if the shooter gets the point.

Play the Odds

Playing the odds is simply an extra chance to win money. You can place a bet on the odds after a number is designated as a point. It is basically another chance to win before the shooter gets the point or 7.

Come Bet

The Come Bet is basically like the come-out roll. You will be allowed to place a bet on the come bet after the come-out roll is played, then the next roll will be considered as your come-out roll. The rules of the come-out roll are applied to the come bet.
