Olympic Hopeful Praises Nopalea
An Olympic hopeful is now one of the outspoken proponents of Nopalea Juice.
In a recent edition of VITAJOURNAL, the publication put out by the makers of Nopalea Juice, an Olympic athlete shred his story about how the Prickly Pear Cactus juice helped him.
Weston Diehl is training for gold medals in hurdling. Even hip surgery a year ago didn’t stand in his way. Although he was born with a hip problem, he has been an active athlete since childhood. In fact, he easily clears 42-inch high hurdles.
His surgery involved repairing tissue in the hip joint and shaving bone. He was told walking would not be an option for at least two months. But within only a month of surgery, he could walk and was hurdling not long after. But he still wasn’t back up to speed.
Seeing that his mother had success with the Prickly Pear Cactus juice, he decided to give it a shot. Four weeks later he was pain free.
His story is one of hundreds that have been shared with TriVita by people who have found relief from their ailments by drinking a regular regimen of the juice.
Interestingly enough, many of the people who write in are astonished that the juice actually worked. See, often, they start out skeptical of the product but are so down and out and in despair, they are ready to try anything.
When they try Nopalea Juice and discover it works, they are saying prayers of gratefulness that they gave it a shot.
People suffering from debilitating pain, from acne, from migraines, from arthritis and other joint pain, have all reported back with positive results.
The underlying link to most of these ailments is chronic inflammation.
In the past decade, scientists have linked chronic inflammation with nearly every disease and illness known to man. The theory is if the inflammation can be stopped, thousands of diseases can be prevented or stopped.
One reason people turn to Nopalea Juice is because it is made from the Prickly Pear Cactus. The native Sonoran plant is a natural anti-inflammatory agent. It makes up the second main ingredient in Nopalea Juice.
The plant is also considered an anti-oxidant. It is believed that use of the Prickly Pear Cactus dates back to the time of the Aztecs who revered it as both a food and medicine.
Spanish explorers sensing the value of the cactus also took some home to Europe. The plant is now grown and harvested around the world.
Even the renowned and illustrious Dr. Mehmet Oz has praised the properties of the plant on two episodes of his television show. In one, he joked around with a comedian, Jimmy Fallon, about how the cactus is a natural remedy for hangovers.
In another episode, Oz included the Prickly Pear Cactus in his report on seven natural wonders in the world. He showed how people suffering from diabetes might be able to better regulate blood sugar levels by ingesting the plant, which is naturally fibrous.
