– Hot flashes: For some reasons, your body feels extremely hot and your body changes temperature from time to time, causing you to feel irritated. This situation is known as the hot flashes.

– Excessive sweating: Your nights are definitely sleepless since the hot flashes will certainly lead to over sweating. Sleepless night will make you face the next day restless.

– Altered monthly period: This is the most common symptom of early menopause. Your monthly cycle will eventually become irregular. This symptom is more obvious to those with regular monthly period compared to the irregular ones.

– Vaginal Dryness: Since you are not producing enough sex hormones anymore, this will more likely to lead to vaginal dryness. Some of the indications of vaginal dryness are painful sexual intercourse and uncomfortable urinating.

– Heart Palpitations: This is a normal thing as you approach the stage of menopause. But since menopause women are prone to heart diseases, this symptom should not be ignored. It is very important that you consult your doctor right away if you feel any heart irregularities.

– Low Sex Drive: Due to vaginal dryness, you are not so much interested with sex anymore. All you think is pain whenever sex comes into your mind. Using lubricants will help you overcome this dilemma.
