1 – Do not starve yourself

Do not follow the band wagon of people that just join gyms without actually planning how they will lose weight. There is no such thing as slimming fat burning oils. There are no shortcuts to effective weight loss; you have to exercise and adjust your diet consistently if you want to become slim and trim.
