The first thing that you’ll need to look at is what your goals are. They can be as unrealistic as you wan them to be, but the point of this is that you have a set end point for everything that you’re trying to accomplish. Without having a goal, you cannot make moves to succeed in anything. It has been stated by many, that without a purpose people perish, and creating a purpose for your life starts with setting up a goal or many goals. This is not the time to narrow down or nitpick your plans, just set a goal and write it down so that you aren’t simply thinking; you’re doing an action.

The second habit that you’ll want to start working on, after you’ve set up a goal, is start taking action. For instance, if your goal is to simply to lose weight and get in great shape, you’ll want to start getting some exercise. Notice that it wasn’t stated to run a marathon, or become an MMA fighter; the goal is to begin taking action. That starts with baby steps, something as easy as walking pushes the small snowball down a hill that turns into a giant monster. Start small and work towards something bigger, but do not stop in the middle, take action and keep it going.

The last major habit that you’ll want to administer in your life is the practice of eliminating boredom. It’s the boredom movements across the world that are causing so many to fail. If you feel bored with anything that you’re doing, look at changing things up and causing action in your life. For instance, if you get bored with walking, run, if you get bored with that jump rope, swim, or play basketball with your friends. Do whatever it takes to meet your goals by not letting yourself get bored. Boredom is the ultimate killer of success.

Habits come in either negative or positive packages, take the negative and change them. You have the power to decide which way you live, so if you’re not seeing a lot of positivity in your life, change it up and remember to always be in motion. Not just physically moving, but in all aspects of your life, so that you can rise up and seize any goal you have.
