Far be it from me to give anyone any kind of fashion advice. I have a hard enough time getting myself dressed to go out anyplace let alone recommend something to someone else. However, when I am looking at Houston nightclub entertainment I have noticed that there are some places to go where you might be better off wearing something that is all black instead of the usual clothing options.

I know it seems like a pretty weird thing to say. Trust me, I’m not into the whole Goth thing and don’t go to those types of places. If you are into that, there are plenty of clubs you can check out that cater to that type of atmosphere. As for me, I try to stick to something a little more mainstream.

I do still see people even at the clubs that I go to all dressed in black. I am sure it is done deliberately but I am not really sure why. I guess if you are trying to make some kind of statement about yourself you can go ahead with it, but I am not really sure what it says about you.

I know some guys do it just because they think it looks cool. Don’t get me wrong, there are guys who can pull off that kind of look. Johnny Cash did it for many years and he was as cool as could be. All I am saying is that it obviously looks better on some people than others.

If you want to go to a dance club wearing all black, that might be pretty cool. This is especially true if the place you are at employs really good lighting or uses some type of black light. You could literally disappear except for your teeth (try not to do any extreme teeth whitening before you try this out; you may end up looking like a psychopath.).

I have to admit, some the girls at the dance clubs can look pretty good wearing all black. It’s a much easier look for the girls to pull off than the guys because they can wear a sexy black dress and look great. On the other hand, some girls can take it to the extreme.

By this I mean when they do all black – their clothes, their stockings, their shoes, their hair, their makeup. When I see someone come at me looking like that, I have to be honest I get a little scared at first. I have to wonder if they are coming after me for a human sacrifice or not.

If you are wearing all black and going out for some Houston nightclub entertainment, don’t be surprised if you get some looks. A lot depends on where you are going and if your friends are all doing the same thing. As long as you don’t come in wearing cloaks with dark hoods as well, I probably won’t turn and run.
