What is a Spiritual Warrior?

A spiritual warrior creates his or her own definition of what it is like to be a spiritual warrior.
A Spiritual Warrior could also be called a Light Warrior, Peace Warrior, Love Warrior, Mystical Warrior, or a Guardian.
Names are not important to the spiritual warrior; as he or she has learned conquer such notions through self-mastery of the mind by developing a sense of nonattachment to the material world. The spiritual warrior understands the impermanence of life while appreciating and enjoying the beauty of the experience.
A spiritual warrior creates his or her meaning with a clear intention.
A spiritual warrior is one who stands in his or her own power.
A spiritual warrior is not swayed by the opinions of others or prevailing cultural ideologies. The spiritual warrior is both a philosopher and an activist.
The spiritual warrior follows a heart centered path of enlightenment, an illuminated path for the attainment of higher knowledge. This is the path that leads to inner wisdom.
A warrior may lead, follow, or collaborate with others based on a conscious decision that is made with the intention of obtaining the best possible outcome for a particular situation.
Being a spiritual warrior is not necessarily about physical strength or fighting prowess (although it can be).
