– Zipline – Miss Sky canopy zip line holds the world’s longest zip line title, with a total length of 11,000 meters. The course goes for 4 hours, sailing above and through a pristine forest canopy, until you and dangling over the River Nosara. You will get high amongst the monkeys and birds for a truly adventurous experience.

– Turtle watching – The gorgeous olive ridley turtles make their nests in Nosara, and the Ostional Wildlife Refuge provides a protected and safe area for the turtles to nest. Visitors to the refuge can see the females laying the eggs at night, and can witness hatching of baby turtles, and their fight to survive the treacherous journey to the water.

Getting around – Walking is a great way to get around Nosara, but if you are in a hurry golf carts, motorcycles, and ATV’s can be rented around town.

Getting there

Air – The Liberia international airport is the closest to Nosara with flights from the US, Canada, Europe, and South America. You can hire a 4WD or taxi from the airport straight to Nosara.

Bus – From Nicoya buses depart 4 times daily, for the 2 hour ride to Nosara.
