9. Set a timer on your phone or alarm clock that will remind you each day to do something toward breaking this habit. This alarm will come to serve as a reminder so you never forget your goal. This helps with goals that require you to do something on a daily basis.

10. Create a vision board, mosaic, or collage with images that represent the healthier you that will come after this transformation. Keep this where you will see it all the time.
