c) Gardening: Carry out major makeovers on your garden yourself every weekend; if you can put in 3 – 4 hours of work into your garden every weekend you will be able to burn off extra fat.

d) Rowing: Join the rowing club of your town and get on the road water regularly.

e) Out – door camping: Go camping on weekends as you are more active and you burn off a lot of calories when you go camping outdoors.

f) Dog walking: If you walk your dog every day, your dog will force you to burn off extra calories.

g) Engage in sports: Join a local sports club and pick up a sport that will help you to burn off more weight. Examples of great fat burning sports that you can engage in include badminton, lawn tennis etc.
