I am always on an endless search for the perfect nightclub in the city. It\’s not that the entertainment nightlife here isn\’t great or anything, but you always need to be on the lookout for the ideal spot where it has everything you could have ever dreamed of in a bar or club. Now everyone has their own vision of just what this type of club may be, but for me finding the most hedonistic nightclub ever in the city would be perfect.

For those of you who may not be familiar with the term, by hedonistic I mean a place that gives you great pleasure to all of your senses. As I said, this can mean different things to different people. You really just have to go with me on this one since this based strictly on what I want out of the perfect night spot.

Of course, in order for the place to be visually appealing to me, it needs just one thing. Plain and simple, it needs to have beautiful women in it. I know this may sound sexist, but hey, it\’s my perfect vision and I want to see more pretty girls than I want to see hairy guys. I don\’t consider that being unreasonable in any way.

As far as taste goes, ideally they will have a large selection of craft beers on tap. I am something of a beer snob; I freely admit that. I want this place to have about twenty different beers to choose from instead of the same three that you see in most places. If you can throw drink specials on top of that, even better so my money goes further.

When it comes to smell, I don\’t want to smell sweaty guys, nasty cologne or overpowering perfume. You can get that at just about any club around, along with cigarette smoke and stale alcohol. I want something fresh and enticing. Maybe if the whole place smelled like bacon it would be great.

Touch is kind of a personal taste for people. I can tell you there isn\’t much that is worse than sitting on rickety chairs or bar stools or anything wrapped in \”pleather.\” How about some nice comfortable sofas and chairs all around the place so we can relax and enjoy. I think that would be it in my perfect spot.

For what I want to hear, I can do without a lot of the same stuff you hear in bars and clubs over and over again. It seems like they all play the same five songs over and over again for people to dance to. Can we mix things up a little bit please, and not play it so loud that my ears bleed?

Okay, so that\’s my perfect place. Does something like this exist in the entertainment nightlife here? If it does, I haven\’t found it yet. I\’ll keep looking though and I\’ll let you know if I stumble across anything. Or maybe I won\’t and keep the place to myself for a little while.
