Ahh dental work…one thing we need to have done every now and again, which usually isn’t the most fun thing in the world. However, the popularity of dental holidays are growing and growing in the west due to the rising cost of dental work in our home countries.
One country which is capturing the market is Thailand. With their low cost and high quality work, more and more people are jumping on a plane to get their dental work done.

Spicy Food

Hard Food
Stay away from hard foods such as some Thai hard candy or even Mentos (which believe it or not, Mentos are sold everywhere throughout Thailand. You’d think it’s the nation’s official breath freshener).
Most Thai food is noodle, rice, or soup based which makes most Thai food great for those who just had dental work done. They are soft foods which are easy on the stomach to digest.
A note though, some soups contain chicken still on the bone and if you are not careful you will inadvertently chews on a bone which may disrupt your dental work.
