Tips to Clean Tiles and Grout
More than ever people are finding that tile floors and back splashes are what they want to have, and many people are even learning that it’s not difficult to put tile down and so are doing it themselves. This do-it-yourself attitude is great to see in homeowners, but for some reason it fades whenever you start talking about cleaning the tile and the grout. A large majority of people who have tiles do not know how to clean the tile or the grout! These tips, however, should help any do-it-yourselfer to be able to clean their own tile and grout to keep it looking brand new all the time.
Baking Soda Cialis Jelly and Vinegar
There are plenty of products that you’ll find on the store shelves that say that they’re perfect for cleaning Silagra grout, and while many of them are, there’s something in your home right now that will do just as good of a job if used correctly: baking soda and vinegar! Baking soda can be combined with a small amount of white vinegar in order to create a paste. This paste is perfect for someone who is looking to clean their grout and their tile. Once you’ve got your mixture all put together, grab an old toothbrush and start scrubbing the grout! This can be time consuming but when you’re dong you’ll have beautiful looking grout. Rinse the grout with warm water after you’ve scrubbed it and you’ll be amazed at how clean it is.
Sealer
One thing that can help you to keep your grout clean is a grout sealer! A silicon based grout sealer can be placed on dry grout to protect them from stain and water damage. Simply put a coat or two of the grout sealer on all of the grout lines and you’ll find that your grout stays clean for a very, very long time.
Baking Soda and Peroxide
If you’ve got slight stains, you may want to use baking soda and vinegar. If, however, you’ve got a large stain on the grout or you’ve got very light colored grout, you can make a paste of baking soda and peroxide. When you add the peroxide to the baking soda you will find that it bubbles. Wait until the bubbling stops before you use it! Once it stops, apply the mixture to the stain and let it set for ten minutes. After that time, take out your old tooth brush and start scrubbing it. Rinse it with warm water and your stain should be gone, almost like magic!
There are many ways that you can clean your grout and your tiles yourself. If, however, you’re looking to have your entire tiled area looking absolutely amazing, you may want to look to a professional. Professional grout and tile cleaners have many tricks up their sleeves in order to give you the best looking grout and tile that you can have, and potentially saving you money as well, as it will look so good you won’t be in a hurry to replace it!
