Comedy Central’s Tosh.O was an underground hit when it launched its Soup-like web clip show in June 2009. Today, Daniel Tosh’s comedy routine is one of the network’s highest rated shows. There’s really just one factor that stands out – the show is really funny.” Tosh.O is a seasonal show that is taped in one big chunk, reports Laist.com, so Tosh’s jokes are not time sensitive and have forced each segment to include a “what we missed” update.

With his second season behind him and plans for a January 2011 tour, Tosh heads out sans green screen and without a studio audience for a fall tour. The 60-city tour begins Sept. 24 and concludes Nov. 22 in Santa Rosa, Calif.
