How To Feel Your Best–Naturally

We all wish that we could constantly feel like we are in our very best condition, but it seems like more often than not, we find ourselves in a bit of a slump. In fact, I recommend yoga to anyone with sore, cramped muscles and chronic pain. It may not be a high-impact calorie burner, but it stretches and opens your muscles, which improves circulation and will therefore affect how you feel for the rest of the day. Try to work it into your morning at least three days a week.

Third, consult a chiropractor. Yes, that’s what I said. Having your spine and neck adjusted releases tension, stress, and pressure, which can in turn relieve pain all over your body. It also increases blood flow, which can heal inflammation. All this is done without medication.

Plus, many chiropractors are experienced in other areas of alternative medicine such as acupuncture, so they can address a variety of maladies for which your doctor would probably recommend a prescription.

Finally, adjust your attitude. Nothing makes us feel worse than being pessimistic about our circumstances. So put on a smile and count your blessings–you will feel better right away!
