Neighbors & Property Ownership 101
Neighbors. Everybody gas them. Whether you live in a standard single family dwelling, a condo, apartment or even summer vacation beach lake cottage you are guaranteed to have at least one adjoining your property or environs if not 2, 3 or even more. If you wonder why countries have wars imagine what you have to do to keep the peace in your neighborhood or community.
To begin with in many cases it’s simply a case of leaving well enough alone. Some people are simply hard, if not impossible to deal with. It may be simply a case of “not even starting up” and basically walking away from any conflicts that arise. With interactions with some people it seems that you can never win. It only compounds and even spirals, so that the simple solution
Solution to problems and conflicts with “these people” is to simply avoid the, minimize any interactions and possible problems with them as much as possible. Even if they loudly play their Cher records, and they bang on your apartment door “This is your final warning. That’s it!” all because they perceive that you are playing your am radio too loud 8:30 pm on a Saturday night, All in all it’s best to placate these people. Lower the volume of your radio, realize that some people are “strange” and basically stay out of their way.
Next fences and property lines seem to cause no end to issues and conflicts between neighbors. The first question is where does the fence lie and on whose property? The fence may lie exactly on the property boundary line or in many cases it does not. If the Fence does Even if the fence is new – exactly on the boundary, then it’s a case of each neighbor taking care of “their side of the fence”. Problems may arise if you as a Tadacip home and property owner takes care and maintains your side of the fence or fences and your neighbor does not. It’s akin to a person in a boat drilling a hole in the hull of the vessel under his seat and telling everyone not to worry, and that it is his turf. After all. Even if the shared fence is new, you can expect problems down the line- if you want to maintain, paint or replace the fencing down the line. With some troublesome if not ungrateful villains the best you can hope for is that they call a Realtor, put their property up for sale and move away. That is assuming that the replacement is easier and more congenial to get along and interact with.
One case in point was a homeowner who had purchased a second home prematurely. It seems that he was somewhat of a gambler. In the end both houses were put on the local real estate market. Which ever the realtor sold – well the proceeds and hopefully profits would pay to reduce the homeowner’s mortgage debt. It turned out that the factor limiting the sale of the newer and more expensive property of the two was the ramshackle fence in the back yard
With peeling paint. It turned out that this fence was solely on the difficult to work with neighbors’ lawn entirely. Failing actually putting up a second row of fencing closer to the home for sale little else could be done.
In the end it can be said that you can pick your friends but not your neighbors.
