So, when buying a electric scooter make sure that you can register it on the road. Also make sure you find out what the top speed is and how much range it has per charge.

On average you should expect to get 80-100km/hr from a non-modified 125cc scooter. The fuel consumption is also great. But one of the big downsides is that 125cc scooter usually require a full motorbike license. So if you are up for spending a few hundred on this license, it may well be worth it.
